Is it really free?
Yes. Joining and playing are free, and you never have to buy anything to play or to win a prize.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Cozy Rewards runs in your phone’s browser. You can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.
How many games can I play?
One real game a day counts towards your points (a day runs midnight to midnight UK time). Practice games are unlimited but don’t earn points.
When do my points reset?
Your monthly total goes back to 0 at midnight on the 1st of each month. Prizes you’ve already unlocked are kept, and you have 30 days to collect them.
How do I collect a prize?
Unlocked prizes appear in Your Rewards in the app. Show it at the till and a member of staff swipes to collect it.
